Missing

Many amazing movies have come out this year of all genres, but my favorite movie of 2022 has to be the movie, Missing. It was released on January 20, 2023. This new movie is about a teenage girl named June. June’s mom, Grace, went on a trip with her new boyfriend to Colombia. To June’s surprise, her mom does not come back. Her mom got kidnapped while she was in Colombia. It is up to June to find her mother before it is too late. The problem is that June is stuck hundreds of miles away from Colombia. She has to work to find her mom before she loses her for good. The real question is: Will she be able to do it and save her mom’s life? The movie stood out because of its mysterious plot, and the investigation of trying to find her mom in another country. It was very entertaining and keeps you hooked on the mystery. This plot is very interesting and I really enjoyed watching the mystery in Missing, which kept me wanting to watch to figure out what happens with Grace!
