Sandra Lesniewski Ranked 13th in the Class of 2019

Sandra Lesniewski: The Gymnast

There are plenty of special people coming out of Lindenhurst High School. One of those people is Sandra Lesniewski, being ranked 13th in her graduating Class of 2019.

Sandra reflected on her senior year as being “stressful, exciting, and fulfilling.” Sandra has worked very hard throughout her years in LHS. She was able to stay academically active, and still participate in other activities. She is involved in Varsity Gymnastics and National Art Honor Society. When asked about who has inspired her most through her high school journey, Sandra thought of “My coach. No matter what, my coach always pushed me to be the best I can be.”

Although completely dedicated to school as a whole, Sandra shared some activities she likes to do outside of school. She enjoys going to the gym, coaching, doing gymnastics, and spending time with her family. Sandra is truly a master when it comes to juggling all of these involvements in a way to be successful.

While Sandra is excited to see what the future holds, “I’m gonna miss all of my friends and my teachers.” Math is one of her favorite subjects. Sandra plans on “doing something that involves math. I also look forward to having a family.”

Finally, I asked Sandra if she had any tips to give, or any important lessons that she learned throughout her years at LHS. She said that “Time management is most important. Don’t leave everything until the last moment; it can get very stressful.”

As Sandra moves on from Lindenhurst High School, let’s appreciate the hard work she’s done and all things that she was able to accomplish.
