“Fingers Crossed” By Lauren Spencer-Smith is one of my favorite songs I’ve heard in a long time. I picked this song for the group because the lyrics spoke to me. They were full of emotion and spoke to me on every level. These lyrics are creative, emotional, and poetic all at the same time. Another thing I liked about this song was that it’s very catchy. The beat is very catchy, and the lyrics stick in my brain. The lyrics were the most important thing to me though. They were poetic and emotional, and we listeners saw a more vulnerable side of Lauren Spencer-Smith. Overall, I love this song, from the lyrics to the beat. I’d give this song a 10/10, an 11/10 if I could. It’s a very good song with catchy beats and poetic lyrics.
