Puss in Boots: The Last Wish

The best movie of 2022 would have to be Puss in boots the last wish. The movie was released December 21 2022. Ratings of this movie have been very high, receiving 95% on rotten tomatoes, along with 97% of google users enjoying the movie.

A movie nobody wanted or expected, ended up being a great success with spectacular animation and storytelling, along with a heartwarming ending. I would highly recommend it to anyone who hasn’t already seen this. It’s clear to see that this was most definitely better than the first, being a rare case of the sequel being better than the original. The villains are also quite compelling, Death, one of the antagonists, being truly a terrifying foe– at times he allows Puss to escape and run, like a game of cat and mouse, or in this case, wolf and cat. The other main antagonist, Little Jack Horner is ruthless, leaving his victims and even allies with no sympathy. He will step on anyone if it means getting his wish, to harness all magic.

It’s safe to say that this is certainly an amazing animated film, the best of 2022.
