Fashion of The 2024 Golden Globes

Each year awards season brings us the biggest nights in Hollywood. We have the opportunity to see all of the year’s biggest movie, television, and music stars all in one place. The writer’s strike of last year slightly delayed the awards season, but now it’s in full swing! The Golden Globes aired on January 7, officially kicking off the 2024 awards season. Here are 4 of the best red carpet looks from the night.

Margot Robbie

Margot Robbie attended the Golden Globes because of her leading role in Barbie, which had 9 nominations overall. She wore a hot pink sequin gown with a feather boa, custom made by Armani. The design was inspired by the Time Capsule 1977 Superstar Barbie doll, keeping her tradition of red carpet looks based off of previous Barbie outfits.

Natalie Portman

Natalie Portman attended the event as a nominee for her role as Elizabeth Berry in the film May December. She wore a beautiful Dior dress that showed a landscape of embroidered flowers. She brought the whole look together with De Beer earrings.

Timothee Chalamet

Timothee Chalamet attended the awards as a nominee for his role as a young Willy Wonka in the movie Wonka. He wore an embroidered Celine Homme jacket by Hedi Slimane over a black top, finishing the outfit with Chelsea boots. Although he walked the red carpet alone, he sat next to and shared some sweet moments with his girlfriend, Kylie Jenner, at the event.

Emma Stone

Emma Stone was a one of the big winners for the night. She picked up two Golden Globes: one for her leading role as Bella Baxter in the film Poor Things, and she also won the award for best picture in a musical or comedy for producing the film. She wore a stunning Louis Vuitton gown with a deep V-neck and embroidered sequin flowers. She paired the gown with pieces from Louis Vuitton’s High Jewelry Collection.
