Mr. Halloran has been teaching at the High School for the past 26 years.  This will be his first year as a Charles Street Times advisor.  Mr. Halloran enjoys live music, movies, and golf and watching sports.  Being a NY Jets and Yankee fan, he has experienced all the emotions of a sports fan.  He looks forward to helping students find their voice and create content they are proud of.
