Now Playing at Manes Studio Theatre: Richard III

Damien Callaghan, Staff Writer, Sports Editor

For this weekend only, Studio Theatre of Long Island is bringing the wretched Duke of Gloucester back to life! Richard III, is William Shakespeare’s adaptation of the life and death of Richard of Gloucester, King of England. He was the last of the Plantagenet line, as well as the York bloodline. He is a terribly deformed individual with a unique hatred for the world around him. His family hates him as well, and does everything to keep him from getting to the throne.

On April 7th and 9th, come see the murderous and bloody tale of Richard and his family brought back to life in a silent film style on Studio Theatre’s stage at their Lindenhurst location, Manes Studio Theatre!
