The  Hot Chocolate Kit.

This is a very versatile christmas gift. It is assembled by the receiving person very easily and you can even include a mug to go with it. The gift includes a hot chocolate mix, mini marshmallows, and other hot chocolate toppings. I have seen various versions of this gift. Some layer the ingredients in a jar or include them in separate packages inside a mug. If this isn’t enough for you, add a cute tag and some ribbon for extra flair.

The Cook or Baker.

Now this present is a favorite of mine! The basic concept of this present is that in an oven mitt you place various essentials for someone who either  cook or bakes. You could place things like a set of wooden spoons, a kitchen timer, a whisk, a cute set of measuring spoons, a bag of cookie mix, a favorite recipe of yours, a grater, etc. For further instructions on the one seen in the picture click the link below.

Inside the slippers you can put small lotions, lip balm, headphones, nail polish, their favorite candy bar or snack, fuzzy socks, a gift card, etc. For further instructions on the one in the picture click the link below.

For Coffee or Tea Addict.

We all know at least one person that cannot begin their day without having an enormous mug full of coffee or tea in their hand. This gift is based around a coffee shop gift card but, you can also include chapstick, chocolates, or other small things the person will enjoy. The items mentioned go in a travel coffee cup or mug. To spice things up a little bit more add tissue paper or crinkle cut paper on the bottom and a gift tag saying something cute such as “thanks a latte”.

Coloring kit.

This is an excellent gift idea for the young ones in your life but can also work for adults as well. It consists of a coloring book and a box of crayons or markers. Yes, it is as simple as that. If you are gifting this to an adult you can easily find an adult coloring book nowadays that are meant for relaxation and destressing. Here’s a quick tip. Give the young ones washable markers. It will be easier to clean up on a surface.

Movie Night Bundle.

This gift kit is more for a fun movie night. It can consist of movies, packages of popcorn, some candy, hot chocolate mix, a netflix gift card, board games , a fuzzy blanket, etc. This is a great gift and excuse to spend some quality time with the recipient.

Messages in a jar.

This is a great and inexpensive gift idea. All you need is a jar and some paper. Cut your paper into pieces, write messages to the recipient on each piece of paper, fold it and place it in the jar. You can write messages such as “You look beautiful” or “Do something out of your comfort zone today”. These messages are meant to be picked by the recipient when they feel down or simply as an everyday thing. What I love about this idea is that it is very easy and can give the receipt a smile everyday.

Recipe in a jar.

This is another versatile gift idea. For this gift, you will need jars and the ingredients for the recipe you want to give. I love this idea because it gives the recipient little things to do in order to have a delicious treat in their hands. Homemade playdough.

This a very easy to make gift for any young ones in your life. Below I have a recipe by Allison from Domestic-Superhero. Allison says to store the playdough in an airtight container, so make sure you gift it in one. I love the aspect of making it on your own because it gives you the freedom to make it the color you want and you will know what is going into it. To add a bit more pizzazz to your gift add some shape cutters and maybe even a small rolling pin.
