With all the excitement for the new avengers movie, people have had many theories on how the movie was going to play out. So far, the movie has already made $800 million worldwide, as well as receiving numerous amazing reviews. The movie itself was great in general. The storyline of the mighty Thanos, collecting the stones of power called the “Infinity Stones” to kill off half the universe, was a perfect and ideal conflict that was needed to bring a majority of the characters together. It also explains and gives perfect introductions of characters we still had questions about. With over 30 characters, it led to amazing scenes throughout the movie whether it was an action shot, a dramatic scene, or a sense of peace. The scenes as well brought waves of different emotions for many people whether it was happy, sad, or surprising. It was no surprise that the movie did so well.

However, the movie could use work in some aspects. The movie was lengthened to be two and a half hours long, yet certain sections felt rushed. Even towards the beginning, it seemed that there was a constant switching between characters before they were gathered together. This left the movie extremely fast paced, and made for an uncomfortable experience as viewers tried to make sense of what was going on. The other issue was that even though many people were excited for multiple characters, it led them to being disappointed with a few. With too many characters, it is understandable why some may not have much on-screen time, but some people were disappointed that some beloved characters only showed for two or three scenes compared to some of the more popular ones that showed in almost every other scene. Finally, the events that transpired made the movie cramped. So much of what happened during this movie made it feel cramped and rushed. Although some may like it this way, others felt rushed and it made them feel that everything major can happen within the first movie, meaning there may be less expectations for the second part. The director and all the other workers could have given more, if they put in less detail and less fillers.

Even though, the movie felt rushed and crammed, it is all forgiven due to the use of great action sequences and story lines. With this, viewers sat there with their eyes glued to the screen, filled with awe due to many emotions flowing through them. All that’s left to wonder from finishing this movie is, when is the next part?
