After waiting for such a long time, on October 22, 2021, season 4 of Dynasty came out! The last season came out on October 11, 2019. After waiting 2 years, CW put out a statement of the new season. What’s the show about? It was inspired by a 1980s soap opera, it follows two of America’s wealthiest families, the Carringtons and the Colbys, as they feud for control over their fortune and their children. 

Season 4 brought some surprises. Fans could describe this season by “Filled With Manipulations and Deceptions.” Just a little spoiler, let’s ignore the possibility of Fallon dying from Eva’s gunshot wound, there is no way the main character of Dynasty will be killed off. Dynasty is centered around Fallon’s story, so her leaving would make the whole show crumble because everyone loves Fallon and admires her revenge. 

Sadly, we have lost such a great character during season 4. Joseph Anders dies, before he passes away, he was driving himself to the hospital to visit Cristal and Blake. He loses control of his car on the way and crashes into a pole. It hurt so much for so many people in his life but it really affected Sam, because Anders was like a father figure to Sam. It also affected Fallon because Anders has known her since she was born and has always been there for her on her darkest days. 

We were all definitely surprised with all of the Dynasty’s scandals. It gave us so many moments that were crazy, such as Alexis walking in handcuffs in a designer gown and many more that shouldn’t be spoiled for people who are starting or planning to watch. Hopefully, Dynasty Season 5 keeps this momentum and brings us more and more surprises!
