Avril Lavigne is a 33 year-old popular pop singer. She started singing when she was 15 and has only gotten better. In 2002, she released an album called “Let go” and some theories have speculated that she killed herself not too later since her grandfather died not too long after. Eventually the theories lead to Avril hanging herself and dying.
According to Reddit some people thought she was replaced. At reddit.com the article called “The Avril Lavigne is dead conspiracy is back” says, “According to the theories, Canadian singer hanged herself before the second album and was replaced by a doppelgänger.  The motive given for replacing her is she was at the height of her career and her record label didn’t want to let her go.”

Some people have even speculated that her replacement is her very own body double, Melissa Vandella. She had hired a body double to hide from the paparazzi. Melissa was around Avril a lot and picked up her quirks and personality becoming an exact clone of Avril. So if Avril really is dead and her record label didn’t want to give her up just yet, she’d make a perfect replacement.

However, there’s more proof than you think.  Some people even say her handwriting has changed or she’s missing certain birthmarks that she had in 2002. Now, it can be observed that her eyebrows are more far apart or her nose is different. Some fans are even saying her speech and singing has changed.
