Emma Magnuson, Polls Editor

Emma Magnuson is a junior at Lindenhurst Senior High school. This is her first year writing for The Charles Street Times. Emma has been playing soccer for the school for three years and is captain of the JV girls’ soccer team. Additionally, she has been on the Lindenhurst Varsity Track and Field team for three years. She enjoys writing about debate topics and shining light upon things that she believes students should know about. Emma’s goal is to educate students about the world and encourages them to ask questions. Her favorite books include all the Harry Potter books by J.K. Rowling, Les Miserables by Victor Hugo and To Kill A Mockingbird by Harper Lee. Emma’s favorite classes include AP Biology and AP Language. She is looking forward to the year ahead of her and everything she is going to accomplish.
