On March 23rd, English singer and songwriter Harry Styles announced his upcoming album, Harry’s House. This highly awaited album is to be released on May 20th; it is Styles’ third studio album with Columbia Records. Ever since the beginning of his solo career, Styles has captivated his audience with his heartfelt lyrics and mesmerizing voice, and he continues to do so.

Styles has had a very successful career, from being a member in popular boy band, One Direction, to his inevitable solo career. After the release of his debut self-titled album in 2016, Styles tried his hand in acting and was a part of Dunkirk (2017), and is now speculated to feature in upcoming 2022 movies, Don’t Worry Darling and My Policeman. In 2020, his second album, Fine Line, broke records and earned Styles his first Grammy for Best Pop Solo Performance. Styles has also gone on world tours with sold out arenas, for both his “Live on Tour” and “Love on Tour”.

Which leads us to now, as his fans impatiently wait for his third album. Along with the new cover art for Harry’s House, where he appears to be standing in an upside down living room, Styles also gave us a trailer for the new album. In this very short 40 second video, we see Styles walk across the stage of an empty theater, stare down the camera with a smirk, and watch an outline of a yellow house rise over him. 

Surprisingly, fans were already speculating that Styles would soon release Harry’s House prior to its announcement. The crazed fans started to theorize when Styles followed accounts titled ‘You Are Home’ on social media. What was also discovered was a website that only showcases a closed door that will slightly open to reveal a mysterious picture, which is making fans very confused.

Clearly, Styles is leaving possible hints about the new album that are leaving his fans even more curious and excited, but for now, all we can do is wait for May 20th for the album’s release. There’s no doubt that this album won’t succeed with the genius music writing and voice of Harry Styles, but these much needed songs will leave us anxiously waiting for Harry’s House.
